'Police not doing enough to arrest Azad Yadav'

While the school tries to return to normalcy, family members of Abhishek Tyagi are blaming the Gurgaon police for not doing enough to arrest Azad Yadav, the man who allegedly owned the gun used to kill Abhishek.

Family members of Abhishek Tyagi, shot dead by two classmates at the Euro International School, are not happy with the investigations.

Azad Yadav, the father of one of the boys, whose gun was allegedly used to kill Abhishek is still missing. Abhishek's family members allege the police are not doing enough to find him.

Omprakash Tyagi, victim's grandfather said, ''Father of the accused kid should be charged with murder and criminal conspiracy.

We are not satisfied with the police investigation.''So far, Azad Yadav is charged under the Arms act but police say the charges can be revised after they question him. ''Investigations are on, this man is still missing.

Once he's caught we'll decide if he's to be charged further,'' said Mahinder Lal, Police Commissioner, Gurgaon. The cops are yet to lay their hands on one of the accused boy's father, whose weapon was allegedly used for the crime.

The police investigation is still on. The only eye-witness whose statement has been recorded happens to be victim's uncle who claims to be there in the corridor of the school that afternoon.

''I had come to pick him up. When I reached I saw Abhishek lying in the corridor and two boys were sitting in the classroom,'' said Navin Tyagi, victim's uncle. He also said that he saw the boys shooting Abhishek.

The police is also trying to get the schools in Gurgaon to have parent-teacher meetings to understand the problems of the students.
