SRK is bringing Bollywood to his IPL matches

Shah Rukh Khan, who owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team of the Indian Premier League (IPL), is not losing sleep over the change in venue for the second edition of IPL, which will be played outside India. Far from being skeptical about the change in venue, Shah Rukh perceives it as a good sign and is also confident about all his friends, who were with him last year at different venues for the IPL, making it to the yet-to-be decided venue.

Talking about the change in venue, Shah Rukh said, "Of course, the buzz would be missing here but I guess the elections will take care of it."

When asked if his Bollywood friends would join him at the venue, he replied, "Yes, of course they will. Even I will try to be present at the maximum number of matches."

When we probed further whether his kids will also join him at all the matches, he said, "As far as my kids are concerned, I will request Lalit Modi (Chairman of the IPL and vice-president of the Indian cricket board) to reschedule the matches at the weekend, so that my kids can attend it."

But all said and done, the fact remains that the glamour quotient added by Shah Rukh Khan's friends may not be the same with most actors being busy with their respective shooting schedules.

Some of SRK's friends who were seen cheering SRK's team last year were Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal, Farah Khan, Aziz Mirza, Juhi Chawla, Vivek Oberoi, Sajid Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Chunky Pandey and Arbaaz Khan.
