Film Nagar Cultural Club Film Fare Awards were handed over on 31st December for the year 2007. Best Film of the year was delcared as Happy Days, though its a movie without any big stars as well a low budget movie could still turn out to be the best movie and Shekar Kammula and his team participated in this event. Many dignitaries were present on this occasion.
